I am looking at possibly buying a 65 GS 4 speed a/c car and I have some questions on the trim tag. It shows to be a flint(FB) car, with white(154) buckets, group 2 options klp , 4 spd,a/c and backup lights ? group 3 (H),which I can't seem to find , group 4 (s) ,GS.Also on the TR line ,after the 154 code , and under the FB code there is a 2 letter code "KC".can't seem to find any info on that either.I have had several 70 and 71 cars , but never a 65

Here's what I know:
Group 2
K - Air conditioning
L - Quite certain this is the 4 speed transmission
P - Back up lights
Group 3
H - Belt reveal molding
Group 4
S - Gran Sport option
Can't find my code for "KC", but I beleive this refers to top and body color.
-
is that the molding along the bottom of the body between the front and rear wheelwells
-
K C is more than likely the paint codes. K is Turquoise and C is White. The white would be the color of the top.

It's the chrome molding along the top of the doors from the A to the C pillar.

That's what I was trying to convey, but it was very late and I'd been up for about 19 hours already. :icon_biggrin:
