Just wanted to say hello. I have been meaning to join this site for a few years and register my GS but never seemed to get around to it, finally did it...I have owned the black GS for over 10 years and the red Skylark conv. for about 7 years, it was my dad's car. Pics attached. I will put the GS on the registry in the next few days. I also owned a white 65 GS Conv a few years back but the rust was too extensive and I had to part it out. Black GS was sold new at Caves Buick in Fresno CA which is where it stayed until 2002, then a guy from Orlando bought it and had it shipped to Florida and I bought it from him shortly after. It is a 4sp dual quad car that I think put its 63,000 original miles on it mostly 1/4 mile at a time. Since it spent its life in Calif. it is rust free but the interior and paint was shot when I got it. Completely restored the interior and rebuilt the 401, but just enjoying it as is until I have the $$$ to paint it. Look forward to following the site.
